Saint Fitness was recommended to me by a friend. Having suffered from back issues for several years, I had tried other activities to help with my fitness but none of these seemed to work for me. Training two days a week with Saint Fitness has made a world of difference to my health and fitness and provided me with real results. My back issues have improved through the training and I am no longer hesitant to undertake new exercises which I previously did not have the confidence to try. Having the trainer “come to you” has made exercising so much easier in terms of finding time to exercise and fitting in with a busy schedule. The program is tailor made to suit my individual needs and is always changing as my fitness improves, so I never get bored. I would highly recommend Saint Fitness!
I began PT training with Saint fitness in September 2011, previously I had a gym membership that I just never got around to actually going to the gym. Now with St Fitness I am exercising five days its has been extremely convenient.
