Paul Pavli

A lifelong passion for playing and watching sports (shout out to his beloved St Kilda Football Club) led Paul to founding Saint Fitness. As well as being Saint’s Director, Paul holds a certificate III and IV in Fitness from FitNation, is qualified in Thump Boxing and has been an active trainer for over a decade. He has an affinity for anything to do with a ball - even during his downtime playing video games you’ll likely find him scoring goals.

 

 
 

Madeleine Guerin

Maddy uses her experience training as an AFL footballer with her passion for health and wellness in her personal training sessions. She is a keen learner, studying Osteopathy whilst currently also trying her hand at junior coaching. 
Maddy is an approachable, knowledgeable trainer who will try to challenge you whilst ensuring you perform exercises safely and enjoy the session.

Carmen Sanz Paredes

A natural motivator, Carmen thrives on inspiring people to achieve their goals by leading by example. Sheer determination led her to becoming a qualified personal trainer in Australia - specialising in functional training, HIIT, strength training and Zumba - in a mere two years. She believes perseverance beats strenuous effort. Instead, Carmen reserves her extra efforts for whipping up tasty creations in the kitchen as an avid cook and baker.

 

 
 

Sarah Weatherlake

Sarah is a trainer who is passionate about helping others to love training and reach their fitness and health goals. Holding a double degree in sports science and nutrition science from Deakin University, and with multiple years of experience tennis coaching and training clients of all ages, she wants to help others find the joy of movement and challenging their body. She loves living an active lifestyle herself, hitting the gym, the park, or the ultimate frisbee field for a workout in her spare time.

She has experience in everything from running to riding, HIIT training, strength training and circuit training, so has a wide range of personal experience and wants to design sessions that will maximise your results and make you love training.

Sarah wants to work with clients to achieve their goals, whether that's gaining strength, losing weight, improving cardiovascular fitness or all of the above!

Mj has been in the fitness industry for 8 years & loves it more than life. 
She specialises in is weight training ,weight loss toning and loves doing her booty classes for women. She transformed so many clients in her time and has captured the moment they have turned their life around for the better! That is my passion & purpose for having the best job in the world :)
She has competed a few bikini fitness competitions & has a desire to compete in years to come.

Ariya specialises in strength & conditioning as well as cardio endurance circuit style HiiT training.
