The 300 Workout

For a Spartan-sized challenge to your daily routine, consider this your new fitness gauntlet. All exercises are done without scheduled rest between moves.

You'll need:

  • A barbell with 60kg weights

  • A pull-up bar

  • A 60cm box

25 Pull-ups

50 Deadlifts of 60kg

50 Pushups

50 Box Jumps on a 60cm box

50 Floor Wipers with 60kg

50 Kettlebell clean and press with a 15kg kettlebell

25 pullups
